Welcome to Love You Too. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Love You Too platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Vuurpijl Beheer B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 34108141, with VAT number NL807542313B01, located at Lagedijk 11A, 2064 KV Spaarndam, Netherlands.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

To use Love You Too, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• Not have been previously banned from the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Keep your profile information current and truthful.
• Use a strong, unique password and keep it secure.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Love You Too is a community built on respect and genuine connection. When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users.
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation.
• Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited promotions.
• Attempt to collect information about other users without their consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of the content you post on Love You Too (photos, text, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content as part of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share. You represent that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Love You Too may offer premium features or credits for purchase. All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and include applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For EU consumers, you have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of purchase, unless the digital content has been fully consumed.

Your safety matters to us. While we take measures to verify profiles and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity or behaviour of other users. You should exercise caution when interacting with people you meet online.

If you encounter behaviour that violates these Terms or makes you feel unsafe, please report it immediately through the platform or by contacting info@love-you2.com.

The Service, including its design, branding, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Vuurpijl Beheer B.V. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuurpijl Beheer B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
